APRESENTAÇÃO

Olá, pessoal: como já prometido em meu blogue, venho agora lançar aqui a Gramática Bilíngue da Língua Inglesa para estudantes brasileiros, no intuito de ajudar a todos a aprender a ler em inglês e a entender como funciona esta língua. Esta Gramática pode ser utilizada por qualquer pessoa que goste de estudar sozinho ou em grupo, em casa, pois além de aprender a ler em inglês, ela ajuda na preparação para provas escritas, principalmente concursos vestibulares, para os quais ela foi cuidadosamente preparada. Nenhuma pessoa alfabetizada vai ter dificuldade ao utilizar esta Gramática, pelo simples fato de que ela vem nas duas línguas, o que leva o estudante tanto a aprender a ler e interpretar textos em inglês quanto a melhorar seus conhecimentos em nossa própria língua. Em virtude de ser um lançamento, este material vai certamente sofrer modificações ao longo do tempo, pois estamos experimentando a publicação do material direto na internet gratuitamente. Por isso, peço a compreensão de todos, para que possamos colocar à disposição do público esta Gramática da melhor forma possível. Obviamente, conto com o auxílio do meu amigo Janio, pois este blogue é hospedado na PortoFácil, empresa do Janio.
Nosso primeiro capítulo é uma introdução às classes de palavras, no qual damos uma definição de cada uma delas, que serão depois abordadas em capítulos separados. Cada capítulo, à exceção deste, contará basicamente com quatro seções: Explicação, ou Descrição, da Classe de Palavra (também haverá capítulos sobre aspectos específicos da Língua Inglesa), Exemplos dentro de contextos, Exercícios e Interpretação de textos. Começamos então pela descrição das classes de palavras. É só seguir a lista de conteúdos na coluna à direita!

ENGLISH AND PORTUGUESE!

Hi, fellows: as I have promised at this blog, I am here to publish this free Bilingual Grammar book of the English Language for Brazilian students, in particular, and any students around the world, since the grammar is complete in itself in both languages. For Brazilians, this is my contribution to the teaching of English to any one who wishes to read in English and wants to understand how this language works. This Grammar book might be used by any person who likes to study alone or in groups, at home, because, besides helping the person to read in English, it helps to prepare people for English tests, especially for university entrance tests in Brazil, for which it was carefully prepared (it includes all the contents required by the main universities).

Literate people shall have no difficulty in using this Grammar book, since it comes in the two languages. As we are starting this publication now, probably there will be changes in the future, but certainly not of content. Surely, as time goes by, we will be updating its format, always trying to find the best way possible for the reader’s enjoyment of it.

Naturally, for this, I always count on my friend Janio for help, for he hosts this page and helps me with anything I need to improve my blog (you can access his pages at the blogroll or here:

Back to the Grammar, our first chapter is an introduction to the word classes, in which we provide a definition for each one of them, which will be later presented in separate chapters of their own. Each chapter but this one, will comprise four sections: Explanation, or Description, of the Word Class (there will also be some chapters on specific aspects of the English Language), Examples within contexts, Exercises on grammar and Reading Comprehension. These sections cover everything that is required at any written tests and university entrance tests. We will begin then by the description of the word classes. You just need to follow the contents list at the side bar on the right!
